How do I request a copy of an investigation or incident report?
To request a copy of an investigation or incident report, you will need to provide ONE of the following:
- Your name, date and time of incident, address or location of incident, type of incident (vehicle fire, building fire, vehicle accident, etc.), OR
- The Fire Department incident number
- E-mail your request to [email protected] or contact Santa Barbara County Fire Records Department at (805)686-5077. For requests that include additional documentation or multiple departments, please go to the PRA Portal on the Santa Barbara County website PRA Portal
